Job Description

Staffmark is looking to fill the role of Purchasing and Administrative Coordinator in Oceanside, CA. As a key player in our administrative operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of purchase orders and providing vital support across various departments. Pay Rate: $23 - $25 per hour, based on experience

Shift: Monday - Friday

The Purchasing and Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for verifying inventory, customer requirements, pricing, shipping details, and production schedules. Enter information into the system, create labels, and prepare all shipping documents. Follow up with customers regarding order status.

  • Provide clerical support for various departments
  • Process documents
  • Assist with special projects
  • Filing
  • Ship samples to customers
