Position Overview

QinetiQ US is seeking an administrative support personnel (Staff Officer) to support a DoD client. The highly motivated candidate will be providing leadership and guidance through knowledge, experience, and their ability to effectively manage and execute multiple administrative and human resource tasks.

Responsibilities
    create processes, documentations and reporting tools to assist in the management and oversight of over 250+ personnel
  • provide advice, recommendations for administrative process improvements, protocols and file structures
  • provide day-to-day support to chief operating officer, which includes but is not limited to calendar management, briefing and file prep, conference room scheduling, and various other administrative items
  • read and interpret incoming and outgoing policies, assist and advise leadership on new policies and enforcement procedures
  • develop human resource reporting and tracking tools, including the dissemination and distribution of funding actions and items
  • create draft OF69 forms, track IPAs, detailees and other various agreements
  • develop tools to track invoices, payments and report expenditures, obligations and unliquidated obligations on a monthly basis
  • provide support and process improvement recommendations for personnel awards and acknowledgements
Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, human resources or other administrative related subjects
  • Active/Current TS/SCI; #qinetiqclearedjob
  • 10 years directly related experience required
  • Candidate must be proficient in MS Powerpoint, Excel and Word

Preferred Qualifications
  • DoD Aquisition system and financial planning and execution
  • CATMS experience preferred but not required
  • Experience with DoD Financial reporting requirements preferred but not required
