What You'll Do:

• Lead payroll processing for the semi-monthly payroll for US & Canada, monthly payroll for New Zealand and UK, and weekly payroll for Australia, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of funds.
• Play a crucial role in maintaining payroll compliance, including tax reporting, PTO validation, and benefit bill reconciliation, safeguarding Avetta's adherence to regulatory standards.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, create reports, and streamline processes, leveraging tools like advanced filtering, xlookup, and pivot tables to drive efficiency.

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of payroll experience including exposure to international payroll processes, you're ready to hit the ground running and make an impact from day one.
