Job Description:

Avetta is seeking a skilled and certified Salesforce Administrator to join our team in Lehi, Utah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders, understanding business requirements, and leveraging Salesforce's native tools such as Flows to configure Salesforce systems effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to gather and understand business requirements related to Salesforce functionality.
  • Configure Salesforce using native tools like Flows, Email Alerts, and Lightning App Builder to meet business needs and improve user experience.
  • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes as needed.
  • Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings in Salesforce to ensure data integrity and user access control.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity within Salesforce, identifying and resolving data issues as needed.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to system configuration, processes, and training materials for end users.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as needed.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices to recommend and implement improvements to our Salesforce instance.
  • Collaborate with Development, Business Systems, and Product teams as needed for more complex customization and integration projects.
  • Any other related Salesforce responsibilities as assigned by your manager.

Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201 or equivalent) is required.
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field is required.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, including experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations.
  • Previous business analysis experience, including gathering business requirements from stakeholders, writing user stories, test scripts, and documentation of processes.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and customization capabilities.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing Flows, Lightning App Builder, and other native Salesforce tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning components.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be local to Avetta's Lehi Office located at 3300 N. Triumph Blvd., Lehi, UT 84043 and must be able to work a HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE (3 days in office, 2 days work from home).
