Shift Details

  • Direct hire with our partner company
  • 2nd or 3rd shift
  • Pay | $20 per hour
  • Start dates for training 4/8/2024 and 4/29/2024

Requirements | 1+ years of related experience and the ability to type 35 WPM

Customer Service Response Clerk responsibilities:

Complete all required training and follow company protocols and procedures. Process inbound/outbound calls from customers and authority agencies in a call center setting. Provide detail-oriented customer service and empathetic support to our customers with a sense of urgency. Respond to, verify, and dispatch emergency signals. Handle security alarm activations for residences and businesses in a professional manner.
