Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2 years of experience in corporate or a food manufacturing environment
Food Technology Specialist
- Assisting in the development of new recipes
- Adjusting formulas for product manufacturing
- Collaborating with the research and development department
- Compiling and recording test results
- Evaluating product ingredients and formulations
- Supervising test runs and evaluating the quality
- Working closely with the research and development manager
