Pay: $19 per hour
Hours: 7am - 4pm, Monday - Friday
Job Details:
- Manage daily orders placed by branches for products supplied by the ADC.
- Build truckload shipments on scheduled delivery days and communicate with the Transportation Department on any special deliveries for freight quotes.
- Review each transfer order for material status/availability, manage backorders, and assist branch staff with questions regarding their orders.
- Communicate with branch staff regarding any problems/concerns/changes with their orders.
- Create pick tickets and distributions to ADC warehouse shipping supervisors and assist branch staff with any changes to their orders.
- Schedules LTL carriers and processes LTL Bills of Ladings, invoices, and files all completed pick tickets and invoices.
- Work with branch and ADC staff on shipments/invoice errors and corrections.
- Fill in for CSR while they are out and assist the branches of the CSR that are out.
