Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Sun Valley, CA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Produces the internal boards, bracket assemblies, connector, case assembly, and wiring, to the point where it is ready for final processing (staking-marking-potting) before submission to final process.
  • Installs parts or components that require special care in handling and other procedures which demand facility in use of a variety of equipment, hand tools, and other machines.
  • Works with and reads wiring diagrams, blueprints, and bills of material to sub-assemble electronic components.
  • Makes minor procedural decisions in soldering, and fitting, within established guidelines.
  • Safely uses various hand tools such as heat gun, arbor press, and soldering iron.
  • Receives detailed instructions on new assignments and general instructions on routine work.
  • Performs visual and electrical checks.
  • Prepares transformers before installation at the final assembly or canning stage.
  • Properly lays out wires.

  • Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 Hr.
  • Hours: 4/10 Hrs/Wk
  • Length: Temp to Direct(12 Months)

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Soldering
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in PCB board thru-hole soldering.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of requirements for soldered electrical and electronic assemblies per J-STD-001
  • IPC 610 or J-Standard Certifications.
  • Good mechanical ability and attention to detail.
  • Advanced knowledge of color code, soldering techniques, and component 1.0.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with team members.
  • Read and understand blueprint drawings and can also identify polarities.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
