Exciting Opportunity: LATAM Implementation Project Manager at Avetta

Avetta is seeking a dynamic Implementation Project Manager to spearhead end-to-end implementations for new clients and expansions in the vibrant Latin American market. As the primary ambassador for our clients, you will showcase Avetta's capabilities, ensuring seamless integration and optimal client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and lead client kick-off meetings, presenting and implementing best practice workflows, and aligning internal processes with the Avetta platform.
• Manage end-to-end implementations, set, and achieve project plan goals, and oversee contractor on-boarding processes. Keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout.
• Demonstrate a profound understanding of Avetta's platform, configuration scenarios, and implementation processes. Act as a go-to expert for clients and internal teams.
• Analyze and enhance implementation processes and procedures, providing valuable feedback to shape product development.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction, communicate effectively, and ensure the successful handover to Account Managers post-implementation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional or similar certification preferred. Equivalent experience may be accepted.
• Must have 3+ years of project management experience within software/SAAS industries.
• MS Project or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to prioritize client needs, ensuring a positive and tailored implementation experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and public speaking skills. Translate technical information effectively to various stakeholders.
• Organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients/projects concurrently. Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with technology, adept at explaining it to others. Proficient in MS Project or equivalent project management tools.
• Proven experience in analyzing and improving job processes in a rapidly evolving business environment.
• Fluency in English/Spanish is required.
