We are seeking a Sr. Product Owner to lead the development of a new Employee Dashboard/Portal suite that will consolidate key employee tools and content by audience to streamline the workday and improve employee satisfaction.

This position requires expertise in user research, user interaction, and portals or dashboards. The Sr. Product Owner will lead a small team of product managers and analysts and collaborate with Business Process, IT, and User Experience teams to deliver the highest business value, while also being the voice of the end user and understanding technical feasibility. This role will focus on gathering business requirements by leading user experience analysis; consulting on design; and work closely with Stakeholders, Operational Design teams, and the IT implementation team on delivering the vision. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Design, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, Computer Science, Design and Strategy, or other relevant degree, as well as > 4 years of experience with dashboards, internal intranets, customer portals, and/or Microsoft employee experience tools.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver a product vision that meets enterprise goals and core user needs and that is flexible enough to evolve over time with the company

  • Be the primary Product Owner / subject matter expert for this product
  • Understand user workflows, needs, and point points
  • Understand stakeholder goals
  • Understand regulatory requirements
  • Own user research, requirements collection, prioritization processes, governance processes, and design standards development
  • Own the product vision; Stay up to date on design thinking and product strategy
  • Be the product champion and keep stakeholders, user representatives, and delivery teams within the program informed and aligned on product features; drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple programs and teams

Salary/ Wage Range

$91,000.00-$133,700.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
