What you'll do:
Working full-time (40 hours weekly), you'll provide the highest quality of individualized care and superior customer service to all patients. A typical day consists of 18 full exams, performing comprehensive eye exams and diagnosing, treating, and managing ocular disease. With access to innovative, high-tech equipment, such as OCT, Fundus Imaging, Visual Field, and Corneal Topographer, you'll confidently conduct comprehensive eye tests, ensuring precise diagnoses and tailored solutions. A team of Optometric Technicians will support you throughout the patient experience-patient work ups, pretesting, specialized testing, and contact lens fittings-enabling you to deliver quality patient-centric care.

Who you are:

You're a passionate and dedicated individual with a deep commitment to providing exceptional eye care and improving the vision health of the community-especially in areas where eye care is needed most. You're certified in therapeutic pharmaceutical agents and have the ability to conduct exams in Spanish. You're also highly skilled and capable of confidently handling a diverse range of patients with varying visual needs and age groups. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about staying up to date on the latest advancements in optometry and personalized treatment plans, thereby supporting the practice's growth and reputation as a leader in the community.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Optometry license in the state of California
    • TPA certified
    • Ability to conduct exams in Spanish

    Preferred Specialties:

    • Bilingual candidates preferred (English and Spanish)
