Beyond Yoga operates as a standalone brand with the benefit of LS&Co.'s global capabilities to help it achieve its goals of brand-building, store opening, category expansion and distribution.

The primary purpose of the Senior Manager of GTM Operations is to manage the Go-to-market calendar and process by working with leaders at Beyond Yoga. You will ensure critical stage gates in the GTM calendar are met by working with all departments to set key dates and evolve our process, standards, tools, and reporting. The GTM Calendar and process encompasses all departments including Merchandising, Design, Product Development, Production/Sourcing, Sales (wholesale, retail and e-commerce), and Marketing to ensure Beyond Yoga can hit long range strategic plans. This role is a coordination and influencing role with direct accountability to the CEO, and daily management reporting to the VP of Design and Product Development. You will be hybrid out of our Culver City headquarters.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Document and maintain the "Master" GTM process and calendar which includes setting dates for all stage gates, activities, and supporting tasks to complete the seasonal GTM deliverables.
  • Set and book all Critical Stage gates meetings ensuring attendance and preparation.
  • Ensure clear ownership by function of important deliverables.
  • Evolve and refine both Calendar (time to market), and processes, tools, and reporting.
  • Ensure metrics are in place to monitor performance in the execution of GTM.

Experience Needed:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Retail/Apparel industry with working knowledge in any of the following functions: Design, Merchandising, Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Sourcing.
  • Familiar with the Apparel Development cadence and GTM processes.
  • Experience with Calendar and project management software and tools to support maintenance of the GTM Calendar.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

  • Able to work collaboratively to manage and define key GTM activities.
  • Strong issues resolution, and able to negotiate tradeoffs cross functionally to meet GTM timelines and deliverables.
  • Energy and enthusiasm; you must find the work "fun" and enjoy being accountable and willing to hold others accountable.
  • Sensitivity to working in a collaborative and creative environment balanced with meeting calendar deadlines, cost targets, and quality requirements.
  • Able work as a team and maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong technical systems skills to maintain and adjust GTM Calendar in a manner that is easily communicated and understood within the organization.
  • Understanding of project management technology, systems, and tools.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $113,000-$174,500. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
